Katy and Patrick Meyer (relocated to Seattle, WA) found a hotbed of classic cars. The owner of this gem was the inventor of the pop-up toaster. I'd call that invention, "The gift that keeps on giving!"
1948 Packard Woodie
Wayne Freeman (General Manager of Arizona Total Auto Care) was a key contributor to the D.O.T.F. trophies. Wayne donated the parts to assemble the trophies. In recognition of his contribution, George Meyer (Chief of Trophy Design) made Wayne his own trophy!
The trophies have become a unique "gotta have" for the guys. Bring your best entry: Classic car, motorcycle, or unique motorized vehicle. You may earn your own wall-hanger!
MeyerBoys came across this photo from an old archive. This man could be someone that we know. The photo appears to be from the 70s and likely not taken in the Chicago area.
Sometimes these photos just show up when you least expect them to. What a Dude!
Hint: Je ne parle le français...
Chuck "Iron Man" Lee
Chuck Lee (far right) former member of the Phoenix Wolfsburg Registry Volkswagen Club passed away on October 4, 2013 after battling cancer for more than 16 months. Chuck was an elegant man and a friend of many. We hope that his family is reflecting on his memories to power through such a difficult time. Frenchy (left) and Bro George will share Chuck stories for years to come.
Cruise Night Celebrity
Steve Arp hanging out with Arnie "the Farmer" Beswick. This is the famous drag racer from a small farming town in
Illinois, whose extraordinary success in drag racing has made him a legend in his own time
to four generations of fans. Not only is Arnie the most well known Pontiac drag racer in
the world, but his continuous series of Pontiac super stocks, funny cars and nostalgia door
slammers, has made him an undisputed fan favorite from coast to coast for over forty years. By the mid fifties, he was racing Oldsmobiles and Dodges. Always in search of the
ultimate performance machine, in 1958 he purchased a new Pontiac Chieftain, and a
tradition was started. His continued successes behind the wheel of Pontiacs became
nothing short of legend, and in race after race around the country, he showed competitors
that he was the man to beat.
Scarny's Garage...Someplace in Downers Grove
Scarny's 2004 Red Corvette has a home like no other...it's almost a gear head museum. Correction it is a gear head museum. Check it out!
Man Cave Extreme
Women by appointment only...
Just enough room for that perfect collector's item. Need a hat? There's a few hundred to choose from. Great location for consuming a Miller Lite or two. Been there..done that!
2002 Camaro
The Meyer Boys have a long running history owning Chevrolets. Bro George was recently at a company gathering in Phoenix and noticed 30 year old Chris Germano wearing a 67 Camaro T shirt. His 4th Generation shirt must have been in the wash, because Chris drives this white hot 2002 running a small block 427. 1,500 hp at the rear wheels with another 500 hp in his pocked when sprayed! Those numbers get him down the 1/8th mile track with a best time of 5.3 seconds at 140 mph! Chris does all the wrenching and driving himself. Nice to know there are such capable young gear heads out there to carry the torch. Nice Job Chris!
Check out the numbers.
2006 Mustang GT
Nice car for taking man's best friend for a drive! Pete Panis... retired and living in Naples, FL. General Patton ..his companion, prefers to ride in the back seat. Rank has it's privileges!
British Invasion
Joe Buse brings some style to the MBC friends of the family crew. Joe is a MGA collector and business associate of Mike's from just outside Cleveland, Ohio. I wonder if he has a sport coat and cap to match these machines? Jolly Good...I'd say!
Lost.... but not forgotten
Bro George hunted down an old friend and acquired these photos of Bill Callan's 1968 Chevy Camaro. Code 40 butternut yellow, black vinyl top and interior. 327 ci, 210 hp , 2 spd power glide automatic. These photos were probably taken sometime in 1970 0r 1971. The American Racing Wheels, 200S model made the car noticeably different and looking more aggressive than other Camaros around town.
As some older statesman might say, "If only that car could talk, great stories buried within"
Technology GURU
Greg Scala ...Info Tech Consultant believes in the best best technology money can buy. He weighs in with his 2008 beast of a Beamer. The full-monty M5, V10 pulls 500 hp and rips from zero to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds with the six-speed manual and 8,200 RPMs at redline. Greg says it's perfect for merging onto the New Jersey Turnpike at 115 mph... and that's 3rd gear! This ain't no tree huger's ride!
Jess Mygatt & Mike Meyer Seal the Deal
MBC Classics acquired Jess Mygatt's 69 Z28 especially for Bro George. Mike found Jess and his sweet ZZZZZZZ in beautiful Forrest, IL . Jess Mygatt, is part of team Tom Meents and transports "Maximum Destruction," one of the world class trucks on the USHRA Monster Jam Series. We love expanding the family of muscle car enthusiasts and meeting great people. This is how we roll!
The rainy day delivery was covered with Jess's closed trailer. The obligatory paper work and a Miller Light finished off our afternoon.

Sweet Limo
Ken Sansone of Naples, FL acquired his 2004 S500 Mercedes from Meyer Boys just last year. The 5.0 liter V8 pulls 302 HP. Mike likes riding with Ken and talking baseball. Although Ken is a die hard Yankees fan....he still enjoys owning his jet black Benz that was previously owned by Jim Thome...currently # 8 all time home run leaders with 608 dingers just behind Sammy Sosa with 609 and Jim is still playing the game. Or should I say # 7? Take the # 8 spot and remember the cork Sammy.
If ever in Naples, FL call Naples Limousine 239 438 2437. This is the way we roll!
Rapido Island SUV
Jimmy Rodriquez AKA "The most interesting man in the world", loves cruising lush Puerto Rico in his 2010 Porsche Cayenne Sport. The 4.8 liter V8 pulls 405 HP and looks great in black and orange. Jimmy's 400 year old cistern converted to wine cellar provides an excellent venue to discuss business and car stuff. Hmmm... we forgot the business discussion already!
Unbelievable 69 Corvette Roadster
Mike Wright cruises beautiful (at least for 4 months a year) Portland, Oregon in a perfect 69 Corvette Roadster. The 350 CI, 350 HP and 4 speed transmission is all original and numbers matching. Mr.Wright retired CEO of Wellpartner likes to remind Mike Meyer of the weekend at the 87th PGA Championship at Baltusrol (won by Phil Mickelson), when MM provided Mr. and Mrs. Wright a hotel room without air conditioning. No big deal. The temperatures were only 103 degrees. Mike Wright said, "I'm going back to cool Portland and put the top down!"
